iFocus Systec - Executive/Manager - Sales/Business Development (3-8 yrs)
We are looking for Business Development Executives who have hands on experience in Staffing industries.
Skills, Competencies and other Requirements:
- Experience in Consultative Selling and business development is preferred
- Strategic Thinking
- Good coordinating skills across the regions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good networking skills
- Market research analysis skills
- Good working exposure in MS office
- Responsible for achievement of sales figures in the region on Quarterly basis
- Ability to analyse client business, relate to our services and offer the right solution
- To work closely with the department manager in achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Identifying the potential business markets through market surveys and taking initiatives to tap the market.
- Plan and generate aggressive sales strategies to achieve both individual and departmental targets.
- Continuous lead generation via different sources.
- Customer relations management.
- Account Receivable activities.
Required experience: IT SALES: 3-8 years
