IFMR - Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition (5-7 yrs)

Description :

- Develops and administers all programs in relation to talent acquisition.

- Works with head hunters on highly specialised executive searches

- Prepares head count budgets for the year and prioritises as per organisational needs.

- Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required and determines appropriate recruiting sources.

- Acts as the brand ambassador for IFMR Capital and promotes the company's image to candidates and external service providers.

- Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of candidate evaluation tools.

- Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.

- Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. Conducts employment background checks.

- Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns. Provides performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.

- Develops, supports and maintains campus recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.

- Maintains the IFMR Capital Career page/portal.

SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Full time MBA in HR from reputed Institute.

Minimum Experience:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the recruitment sector preferably in the banking /non-banking finance sector

Skills Required:

Adaptable, confident, reliable and motivated graduates with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Ability to multi task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently at short deadlines

Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is must.
