IFMR - Associate/Senior Associate - Corporate Communication

Key Accountabilities :

Description :

The position will be primarily responsible for the following :

- Have a fairly good knowledge about Finance and Finance Products

- Has prior experience working in Banking / Non-Banking Finance corporation

- Propose, manage, and design, themes for corporate events and external communications campaigns.

- Ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of key business messages

- Responsibility for branding (Manage the production of corporate ppt, investor presentations, posters, flyers, brochures and web sites and web pages relating to corporate events, flyers, conferences, media and annual reports)

- Identify key issues for internal communications on an ongoing basis and to develop specific communications plans where necessary and ensure that these issues are appropriately included in relevant regular communications activities

- Support delivery of fortnightly in focus newsletter and ensure alignment with all other on and offline communication channels.

- Design promotional and marketing material and managing distribution of mail-shots relating to corporate events and external communications.

- Preparation and presentation of materials including corporate, intranet and web site content and conference speeches for senior management, in order to convey key messages and new developments.

- Identify and develop additional communication channels and tools with the objective of improving employee engagement and ensuring key messages are delivered efficiently and effectively and provide advice and support to managers and staff on a broad range of communications and events and projects.

- Ensure that all internal communications activities are properly integrated with our external communications, marketing priorities and strategies.

- Manage and maintain customer databases, audiences, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders relating to corporate events and internal communication.

- To develop and maintain positive working relationships with the senior management team providing professional and effective communications and marketing advice, guidance, direction and support on all communications and marketing issues.

- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy and practice environment

- To contribute and lead as appropriate corporate communications projects, actively contributing to corporate communications channels and campaigns

Specifications: Qualifications, Experience, & Competencies :

- Minimum 5 - 7 years relevant experience in corporate communications

- Has prior experience/knowledge working for a Finance based organization

- Experience of designing, developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, strategies, campaigns and projects including social media

- Experience and knowledge of the full range of communications and marketing techniques including social media

- Ability to adjust design and content of information that needs careful explanation or interpretation to suit the needs of different audiences. E.g. Experience of giving professional advice to and gaining the confidence of senior managers. Ability to write for a full range of media in print and online

- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to form productive, professional working relationships with a diverse range of individuals and groups

- Experience of using initiative and creativity to design solutions
