Analyst, Transaction Data Management and Reconciliation

Job Summary:

- IFMR Capital now has exposure in about 25 states and more than 400 districts in India.

- The Risk Analytics & Modelling team is looking for an analyst for the transaction data management and reconciliation role.

The role includes :

- Ensuring periodic follow-up and tracking of various collection and payment reports from internal & external stakeholders

- Ensure quality data capture from various reports under relevant fields and preparation of MS Excel templates for risk and performance calculations as per internal guidelines

- Maintain desired TAT for quality check and reconciliation across MIS reports, Cash flow statements, trustee reports and account statements

- Ensuring document checking and maintenance of final reports, data files and important deal documents under appropriate location

- Maintenance of various process trackers and manage routine work related to the Risk Analytics & Modelling team

- Work on the preparation of risk and performance reports using MS Excel and other tools developed by the team

- Contribute towards other risk management work done by the risk management function

Relevant Experience :

- Candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in Operations/MIS

- Experience in a mid/back office operation of a Bank or KPO would be a plus

Skills and Qualifications :

- Graduation in Computers, Science or Commerce

- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word

- Hands on experience on any programing language would be a plus

- Accuracy and eye for detail

- Process and compliance oriented
