- The incumbent will be responsible for making daily reports, thematic reports, special reports using fundamental and technical analysis, Elliott wave patterns and statistics. - Generate trading opportunities using forwards, futures & options and hedging strategy for importers and exporters. - Will need to track major developments occurring in the market and update the sales team and the clients via messages and e-mails on regular basis. - Candidate will create content for social media postings and maintain IFA Blogs and social media handles round the clock. - Candidate may also accompany sales team for meetings to give presentation on macro-economic views to clients. Monthly macroeconomic presentations will be part of the role. - Creation of live video content, webinars for IFA Classrooms would be part of the role. Experience/Eligibility & Skill Set Required - - Candidates must have relevant experience of at least 5 - 8 years generating FX research reports or advising on FX markets. - Should have a strong passion towards research and economics. - Should be innovative to learn statistics, advanced excel, modelling, python etc. Existing knowledge of these will be an added advantage. - Must be equipped with writing fundamental and technical research reports with industry accepted research language. - Candidate should be able to develop independent view and should have the skill set of convincing clients for hedging their exposures using Options, Forwards, Futures, and Swaps. - Candidate should be well conversant in operating terminals like Bloomberg, Reuters, and similar software related to FX markets. - Candidate must have excellent writing skills and should be well conversant with economics, finance and markets terms. Interaction with media could possibly be part of the role. - Candidate should have excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). - Certifications in courses like CFA, CA or post-graduation in economics will be in added advantage.
