- Monitoring &amp; handling of day to day company Accounts works and other finance &amp; accounts related functions through Tally ERP system - Execution of Accounts Receivables, VAT, Sales Tax related matters &amp; also of Purchase/sales Division. Looking after all other tax related matters - TDS (Deduction / Return), and Service Tax and maintain statutory requirements - Liaison with company Auditors for periodic audits of Company Accounts. - Reconciliation of Company accounts &amp; Ensuring proper accounting &amp; hygiene of company GL accounts. - Ensure debit notes &amp; credit notes are raised on a timely basis. - Preparation of provisional and projected financial statements &amp; budgets. - Preparation of Trail Balance, P&amp;L Accounts, Balance sheet etc. - Monthly reconciliation of bank statements (BRS). - Reconciliation of customer and supplier statements &amp; acquiring Dues/No Dues Certificates periodically post reconciliation. - Issuance/handling of all Accounts Payables and release of vendor payments by Cheques/NEFT/RTGS as per merit. - Certification of employee payroll &amp; timely release of salaries. - Invoicing for various SKUs. - Preparation of Vouchers and posting the entries in Tally. - Maintenance of Petty Cash for day to day activities
