Role - Process Innovation Manager Qualification - B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME from a Tier 1 College or MBA from a Tier 1 College. PMP certification is desirable. Experience - Around 2-3 years of experience in Process Engineering/Process Excellence/Business Intelligence/Analytics for candidates coming from Tier 1 College. Experience of 7-10 years required if the candidate is not from a Tier 1 College. Preference for candidates who have worked in the E-commerce sector. Key Skills - - Good in Analytical, Logical, Reasoning &amp; Communication skills - Diligent in monitoring &amp; follow-ups - Understanding of technology &amp; products is essential - Must have created process flow-charts, process notes &amp; documents for large &amp; complicated processes - Must have worked on any of the Business Intelligence tools like Power BI/Tableau/Qlikview/Spotfire/Yellowfin BI/Kibana, etc. - Expert in data modeling &amp; simulation on MS Excel - Proven ability in driving cross-functional projects Job Description - - Creating innovative processes &amp; process documents for new services &amp; products to be launched by IDfy - Prepare playbooks for future launches of services &amp; products - Creating roadmaps for continuous improvement for existing services &amp; products - Identifying metrics &amp; implementing them on BI dashboards - Engage with various stakeholders with the organization to improve efficiency of processes - Drive cross-functional projects to bring a new service or product to fruition - Simulate analytical models, plan capacity &amp; manage P&amp;L
