As a Manager of Partner Development, you will be responsible for leading all downstream, physical verification related operations across the country. Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, building vendor network, quality assurance, and last-mile costs


- Overseeing the day to day operations of Partner Development which includes sourcing of new Vendors & Freelancers, ensuring TAT is maintained for all field tasks, ensuring processes and risk assessments are in place, regularly reviewed and owned by the team and the sub-vendors

- Capability building through partnerships and liaise with vendors to determine services and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise. Interact with internal and external stakeholders and Senior Leadership to develop and manage change

- Streamline processes and procedures to ensure each customer receives uniform experience

- Drive RCA/Quality Culture throughout the team

- Oversee employees in different stages of the process, even though they may not be your direct reports.

Hold all employees accountable for carrying out the required processes/tasks and cultivate the culture of customer centricity

- Support the development of the in house team via coaching and mentoring

- Ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective. Aim to find ways to reduce costs without affecting the overall experience, use continuous improvement to remove unnecessary steps in the process


- Master's (Preferably MBA) / Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work

- Work experience in operations/logistics/e-commerce.


- Strong analytical / data interpretation skills

- Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics)

- Should have handled geographically dispersed vendors/partners

- Excellent management, communication and reporting skills

- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations

- Thought Leadership and Team Management skills

- Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization
