- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters - Understand products and services offered by IDfy and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences - Deep dive on client issues, perform root-cause analysis and link to specific improvement areas - Finding ways to better engage with clients e.g. deeper client relationship management - Creating a 360-degree feedback loop between client teams and our internal teams - Responsible for all escalations by clients & proper closure through resolutions - Weekly / Monthly performance Dashboard - Monthly review with clients on performance - Analyze practices and recommend products, features, and/ or services to improve clients workflows - Manage client requests and expectations by working with internal teams, including Interfaces, Project Management, Technical Support, Development, and InformationTechnology Requirement: - Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction - Experience with SaaS products is an advantage - High level technical understanding - APIs, workflows - Ability to help client troubleshoot basic issues - Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. - Customer centricity and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients - Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work with clients at all levels, from executive management to individual teams, providing insightful analysis to technical and non- technical audiences alike - Experience working with Banking & NBFC sector is an advantage Personal Attributes: - Demonstrated intense customer focus - Take initiative.
