IDfy is looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager who has worked in a start-up/ Fintech Roles & Responsibilities : - Help manage one of the product streams of IDfy's platform - Understand Market direction, competitive landscape & customer needs to build the Product Strategy & Product Roadmap - Work closely with stakeholders to define key success metrics and report the successes and roadblocks - Interact with customers, discover customer problems and requirements, prioritize them & translate them into feature specifications and user stories - Collaborate with design and engineering teams closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution - Expand the platform to solve more use-cases related to fraud prevention, identity protection, and regulatory compliance Candidate Attributes : - Previous experience working with APIs / SDKs as a Product Manager / Developer is a huge plus - Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment - Exceptionally astute at identifying user's pain points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions. - Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate - First-principles thinking & the ability to prioritize ruthlessly - Attention to detail and a fine design sense - Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a frenetic and dynamic environment - A strong team player with the ability to build cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment; and to influence without direct authority
