1. Manage the Client onboarding experience, expectations and communications, ensuring transparency throughout the entire onboarding process both internally and externally;

2. Identify and drive new digital initiatives for credit card journeys. Be the driving force for improvements; Continuously initiate & drive process enhancements Streamlining existing processes to increase customer acquisition.

3. Manage budgeting and forecasting exercises for the product PnL.

4. Developing and executing direct portfolio stimulation and growth campaigns for credit card products.

5. The role will support the planning, development, and implementation of portfolio growth tactics, existing customer management strategies, and the overall management of pricing initiatives and utilization promotions.

6. Effective workload management / prioritization based on business impact to optimise capacity / productivity within the Onboarding team.

7. Ensure accurate and timely tracking and improvement of end to end Turn Around Time (TAT)

8. Ensure adherence to standards / KPIs and ensure pristine control environment maintained at all times

9. Observe demands of corporate policy and Bank Regulations of internal control and standards of legislation. Ensure taking appropriate measures for elimination of possible defects and violations, identified by Control Groups;

10. To co-own the entire communication journey right from customer invitation, onboarding to CLCM along with the marketing team

11. Build alliances which can be used to offer better features and offers for premium products

12. Management of digital and physical inventory

13. Client Servicing Escalation Management
