Delivery Manager
Candidates should have minimum 10 years of experience and 3+ years of relevant experience as Delivery Manager. Candidates with Java/QA/Node JS/ Angular/ React JS working experience are preferable.
Below are the responsibilities :
- Lead the software development team and oversee the software delivery process, from conception to deployment.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into software development plans.
- Ensure that the software development process adheres to industry best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure seamless integration with software development projects.
- Ensure that software products are thoroughly tested, documented, and meet all required specifications before deployment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
