Job description: - Responsible for online marketing strategy and management of all online marketing channels (e.g. SEM, SEO, affiliation) - Campaign Management on social platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter and others - Accurate and detailed reporting on all online marketing activities for all clients of the agency - Monitoring of marketing channel performance to meet defined success metrics. - Identification of channel growth opportunities and development of a dynamic culture within the team to support innovation. - Responsible for Strategy & Planning of Internet Marketing to increase the visibility of brand, traffic & leads. - Managing digital budgets and improving performance of Paid search advertising and organic search traffic. - You will manage and supervise a team. - Responsible to operate on both strategic and tactical level, while taking ownership of search marketing & search optimization results for our clients. - Assisting in Profit & Loss at IdeateLabs, powering multiple divisions and client engagements - Develop buying strategies for maximizing media spend, handle media RFPs and negotiations - Work closely with internal media team, client servicing and management team throughout online campaigns to monitor, report and optimize performance Desired Skills and Experience Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing PPC and SEM & SEO - must have management experience in both. - Experience with website traffic analytics software (Google Analytics) and search engine reporting and research software (Ranking software, online SEM & SEO tools, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use data to gain insights and drive decisions - Self-motivated and result-driven with the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - Proven ability to build and leverage strong relationships and collaborate with others - Enthusiasm & energy to stay updated on the latest search marketing trends - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Must be a GCP (Google Certified Professional) - preferred
