The Manager - Analytics is responsible for converting client business objectives into data metrics, and for defining the tools and measurement process to evaluate performance.

Responsibilities :

- Ensuring correct implementation of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools on client websites. Audit and fix existing implementations.

- Draw insights from analytics tools to drive digital strategy, including advertising, content creation and social media.

- Integrate tracking metrics into all campaigns, including goals, dashboards and reports.

- Review campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

- Drive content experiments across all campaigns, from planning to result review.

- Use digital marketing campaign data to develop predictive frameworks for marketing initiatives.

- Provide a - voice- for analytics within the agency, sharing learnings with other teams.

- Contribute to new business pitches and in-house product development.

Essential :

- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics or business intelligence.

- Significant hands-on Google Analytics and tag management (such as Google Tag Manager) experience.

- Experience with social media native analytics, including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc.

- Strong communication skills.

Preferred :

- PG degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration/Statistics/Mathematics.

- Experience in SQL, Python or similar for data modeling and predictive analytics.

- Experience with cloud predictive platforms such as Watson or AWS Machine Learning.

- Experience with mobile analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer etc.

- Experience with other web and campaign analytics tools.
