- GM/ Head - Analytics should have the ability to layout the Analytics agenda for the organization to drive growth and revenue using a structured approach.

- Have the ability to build a data-driven culture by mentoring and training the team to self-serve for 80% of the business questions.

- Have the ability to understand what the analysts and business professionals need to effectively leverage data and provide that as an input.

- Lead and supervise the development of all products/ services within the company/ group.

- Researching strategic business data and conducting data analysis.

- Interpret information and communicate findings to executives.

- Define and meet annual budgetary goals.

- Collaborate with industry leaders and experts to define tactics and strategies.

- Develop and enforce standards for the process of data collection and analysis.

- Should have worked extensively in areas of customer segmentation, Regression, Predictive modeling, etc.

- Should be good at data visualization

- Well versed with charts and should have worked on creating dashboards using data insights.

- Will be the face of the company for analytics related discussions with clients hence the incumbent should be good at making presentations and build relationships with senior members of client teams.

- Experience in Python, Tableau, R, SPSS (Not Mandatory)
