Ideate Labs - Creative Director (10-15 yrs)

We are one of the oldest institutions to have forayed into the digital space and hence one of the most experienced and reputed ones to have dominated the e-space. Our scope of work encompasses all aspects of Digital marketing namely, e-Commerce solutions, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Online Reputation Management, Brand Management and Mobile Marketing. Our clientele bespeaks of quality along with quantity, with about 30+ clients who have shown trust in us, ceaselessly. Some of the giants are RR Kabel, Hiranandani, Kalpataru, IFB, Hakim Aalim's, Brand Factory, Fino Paytech, Hafele and so on.

The Creative Director (CD) will oversee the creative work, engage with and mentor the team to help develop the agency's creative product that spans ideation and execution across Interactive and New Media.

The team includes Copywriters, Content Writers, Art Directors, Web Designers and Visualizers. The incumbent will also work with Account Management to ensure the clients- needs are met and the creative goals are on track. The CD would lead, strategize, manage workflow and ensure the client's deadlines are being met and creative standards upheld and raised.

Reporting to: Director

Responsibilities:

- To ensure briefs from client / client servicing are simple, clear, unambiguous and ratified

- To lead brainstorming sessions with creative team, to develop ad campaigns based on specific client needs

- To direct copy, layout and design; to determine, map and monitor work schedules

- To supervise the Copy and Art team, to conceptualize ideas to meet marketing goals for all communications across brands

- To liaise with Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, Media and Tech teams to develop and enhance creative ideas, while coming up with innovative communication strategies.

- To put processes and ensure work delivered by team is proofed, checked and is as per the idea conceived

- To develop proactive ideas on brands and come up with breakthrough communication ideas that win awards and take the Company's reputation ahead

- To be responsible for overall quality of creative content delivered by ensuring that web standards are met & adheres to brand guidelines

Experience Required:

- 8+ years of relevant work experience in the digital marketing space

Candidate's Profile:

- Digital advertising agency background is a must

- Solid background in Creative and copywriting. Exposed to managing design and artwork for the agency

- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and other programs would help

- Prior experience as a team manager is a must, while entrepreneurial experience can be an added advantage

- Competitive and passionate about the job and role
