- Setting a standard of excellence for the team and train juniors accordingly - in the basics of client servicing, including writing outstanding, insightful briefs, handling difficult clients, time management, SOP etc.

- Driving strategic excellence - identifying powerful insights and working closely with the Creative teams to deliver strong creative solutions

- Focusing on handling and building client relationships, ensuring these are positive and that revenue from each client is maximised.

- Working on pitches when required

- Deep understanding of your clients- business objectives and analytical mindset through data driven insights and recommendations.

- Managing the day-to-day operations of your team and partner to develop, execute and manage complex campaigns on our platform.

- Managing the accounts that drive our business, cultivate existing client relationships on an on-going basis and determining the client's future needs.
