Ideas Cars - Tech Lead/Technology Co-Founder

Idea Cars, Idea Transport World's first initiative is changing the dynamics of car rental market. It is organising the large unorganised car rental market. The whole business model is original, highly scalable and distinct from the existing players (large, small, organised/unoranised) in the market. One of the reason, it has been able to get substantial traction (across all factors) in a relatively short period. We are having a revenue run-rate of half a million dollar per annum with positive cash-flows. In terms of duties, we are doing ~4,000 duties across Transfers (incl. Airport), Local Rentals, Outstation, managing Hotel operations etc.

Idea Cars is on it's first mission to redefine Car Rental segment in India mirrored by :

1) Highly unorganised large supply and demand

2) Lack on an integrated player offering customised services to all types of customers and their needs.

Idea Cars after establishing a stronghold in the Vendors market (the most key ingredient catering to all supply segment) has set it's eyes to integrate this large market into one from both supply and demand side. We call it 'Organising the Unorganised'.

In order to accomplish this mission, Idea Cars is looking for Tech Leads/Full Stack developers to work and develop it's web and mobile application including front end for both demand and supply segments, database, back-end, operations integration, billing etc.

Applications are invited from skilled Technology leads/developers from Mumbai to build from scratch Idea Cars web and mobile platform. Serious candidates with right skills set I.e. ability to build the web and the mobile platform from scratch) only need apply.

The deserving candidates shall have an entrepreneurial approach to solving large problems and shall be well versed with building a robust tech platform adoptable to changing market conditions.

Location : Candidates from Mumbai only are encouraged to apply.

Skills required: Ability to build the web and the mobile platform from scratch. Put the system architecture in place. Having expertise across Java, HTML 5, Hybrid Technologies etc. Experience across CorelDraw and Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Position: Part/Full Time

Compensation : Significant delivery/milestone based Equity + Share in profits. Company to compensate for travelling and other work related expenses. Equity will be based on :

1) Technical Capability,

2) Deliverables and

3) Duration.
