As part of Ideapoke's business development team, you will play a key role in increasing global access to a world-class innovation. We are looking for Enterprise Sales for Ideapoke, who will help us aggressively grow our enterprise customer base in India and outside India as well. The candidate must be a passionate, entrepreneurial business development manager to prospect, develop, and close B2B partnerships with companies. This person should have extensive experience with enterprise sales/partnerships.   Your Responsibilities :   - Track record of over-achieving - meeting- quota   - Responsible for creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers   - Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends and data-driven insights to consult and support prospective customers; this may include identifying opportunities for collaboration and improvement in potential customers- training/R&D strategies   - Be the voice of Ideapoke's B2B customers, sharing customer-driven insights across Ideapoke, including product, engineering, business development and execute on sales targets, hitting (and exceeding) revenue/growth goals.   - Inform the business development team's high-level enterprise sales strategy   - Monitor the competitive landscape/industry trends and identify risks to the partners/business   - Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team decision making and product   Your Skills :   - Minimum 8+ years enterprise sales experience   - Ability to hold your own in meetings with C-suite representatives from prospective partners and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in this space   - Superior written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and operational skills   - A record of past achievement, including the ability to spearhead new strategic initiatives and manage senior-level external stakeholders   - Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments, start up mindset.   - Outstanding ability to collaborate, understand, and empathize with others and passion for innovation.
