- Ideas' World (IW) vision is to create scalable and sustainable businesses by focusing on segments/solutions necessarily required by a billion people. The segments identified by IW towards building one of India's largest entities include Transport/Travel, Retail, Financial Services and Healthcare.

- The unorganised nature of businesses in India remains the single biggest strength of IW and firmly believes 'organising the unorganised' is the solution to solving challenges surrounding all such necessarily required segments.

- Ideas World has now firmed its focus on the Trillion dollar Retail segment mirrored by highly spread out supply base across products, threatened by large online and organised retailers. Idea Retail World's business model is original, scalable and distinct from the existing players (large, small, organised/unoranised) in the market.

- Applications are invited from skilled technology enthusiasts from Mumbai to build a unique tech platform (mainly mobile) from scratch.

- The deserving candidates shall have an entrepreneurial approach to solving large problems and shall be well versed with building a robust tech platform adoptable to changing market conditions.

Skills required : Ability to build the web and the mobile platform from scratch. Put the system architecture in place.

Compensation : Significant delivery/milestone based Equity. Company to compensate for travelling and other work related expenses. Equity will be based on :

1) Technical Capability,

2) Deliverables and

3) Duration.
