Idea - Manager/Senior Manager - VAS Marketing (4-8 yrs)

Description:

Grow VAS revenues by managing the VAS Product portfolio including SMS P2P, and VAS across platforms such as Voice eg IVR, Text eg USSD & WAP

Key Deliverables / Competencies:

- Organizing communication campaigns for VAS Prepaid & Postpaid to ensure cost effective & segmented promos to subscribers.

- Introduce new communication and promotion strategies and monitor success of the same to increase Usage, ARPU, Revenue & Penetration across all VAS products

- Engaging in segmentations for product promotions

- Campaign Intelligence building for effective use of communication and segmentation for VAS promotion to improve Usage, ARPU & revenue of subscribers

- Responsible for reducing churn & Zero users thereby increasing penetration of SMS & VAS services

- Being vigilant on Customer Balances/ Usage/ Pack Purchase / Churn Behaviour, and ARPU Analysis of products.

- Managing event based segmentation for clients on basis of their usage behaviour in Prepaid, Postpaid, SMS & VAS

- Analysis of consumer's spending behaviour & ARPU for formulating strategies to increase VAS uptake

- Coordinate, manage and maintain partners and alliances for all value added applications & services.

- Identify new processes which can be implemented, monitored & showcased

- Monitor charging and activation model for all VAS products to reduce churn & negative balance

- Understand business logic, technical / IN configurations, customer & trade communication

- Achieve Revenue & KPI budget targets related to VAS in coordination with internal & external teams

- Understand Data VAS / WAP products
