In Today's challenging telecom scenario wherein the guidelines & rules wrt regulatory, legal & statutory compliance are getting stringent & severe day by day. It is imperative to comply to the Legal & Regulatory Frame work to enable the business to operate smoothly. To ensure handling of litigation, vetting of distributorship agreement, drafting & vetting of documents
Major Challenges:
Enforcement of Documents/process implementation & control requirement Timely and quality delivery of assignment to different Functions
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities and Supporting Actions:
- Monitor documents control and archival, Expiry and Renewal Dashboard renewal of documents for timely renewal of documents
- Ensure proper listing of all documents for timely renewal of documents.
- Provide flashing of dashboard for renewal of documents
- Prepare draft & vetting of documents for Contractual obligation
- Ensure due-diligence and creation Template for cross check
- Prepare timely drafts for adhering to contractual obligation
- Prepare for litigation handling, court appearance, advocate coordination for timely closure of the case
- Prepare legal MIS for litigation handling
- Coordination with Advocate for proceedings & closure of the case
