AGM/DGM - Marketing VAS Head

Job Purpose :

To achieve revenue targets set for Value added services (VAS) & roaming by introducing new products and technologies and appropriate pricing and promotions for enhanced usage and revenue generation

Key Result Areas :

- Ensure Delta (Difference between our BTI and leader's BTI)attain CSAT TRIM (Customer Satisfaction TRI- M -Three M's - Monitoring, Measuring, Managing)scores to achieve Brand related parameters as per corporate guidelines.

- Increase revenue growth through VAS to achieve revenue related parameters as per corporate guidelines.

- Achieve subscriber related parameters as per Corporate guidelines.

- Conduct Product promos, contest & cross promotions to achieve revenue enhancement & customer retention.

- Increase Customer engagement with the Brand by rolling out relevant VAS PoPs in the Market budgeted BTI score
