Position: Financial Analyst(Financial Reporting AM).

Location: Noida.

Experience: 2-4 Years (Post Qualified).

Mandatory Skills:

- CA Qualified ( Not more than 2 Attempts).

- Account Reporting.

- Preparation of Financial Statements.

- MIS.

- Strong Accounting Background and Previous Experience in Good Companies.

- We are looking for a meticulous Financial Analyst with a solid background in accounting and financial analysis to join our finance team.

- The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing MIS reports, and supporting audits and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Statements:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting financial data.

MIS and KPI Analysis:

- Develop and prepare management information systems (MIS) reports.

- Analyze financial and non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights for decision-making.

Power BI Review:

- Review and analyze data visualizations in Power BI.

- Share observations and recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.

Audit Assistance:

- Assist in internal and external audits, including tax audits and due diligence processes.

- Prepare supporting documentation and schedules as required.

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper bookkeeping practices.

- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.

- 2-4 years of experience (Post Qualification) in financial analysis, accounting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Power BI.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
