IDBI Federal Life Insurance invites applications from Professionals in IT space to manage its' IT function .

Job Title - VP ( Information Technology )

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities will be -

1. Initiate Strategic Change & drive all IT and Infrastructure development programs .

2. Implement plans for quality improvement , specific IT solutions, Hardware deployment and scalability measures.

3. Completely managing the IT side of project management and implementation within timelines and as per expectations.

Candidate should have -

- Master’s degree in Technology, preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

- Minimum of 12- 15 years experience working with complex business units in developing and designing high performance system applications like CRM; Customer Interface ; Sales Force automation etc.

- Demonstrated track record of developing a longer-term applications vision, and of enlisting and leading others in the execution of the vision.
