IDBI Federal - Sr Manager - Risk Control Unit (5-10 yrs)
- Carry out investigations on doubtful claims and underlying cases referred to RCU and give inputs to operations,
- Conduct investigations on sample basis on Medical centres to ensure that they adhere to laid down standards and procedures,
- Conduct checks and investigations on sample of investigators on laid down criteria,
- To carry out surprise checks on business units and locations with the help of investigative agencies or independently,
- To coordinate with Legal Team on cases to be referred to local authorities like Police etc
- Critical analysis of process and controls and to give views to Business owners,
- Generate Key Risk indicators in various areas of operational risks and conduct a detailed investigations in case the trends are adverse,
- Create operational risk awareness, reports on key learning from operational incidences etc.
