Designation : Senior Manager -HR
Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead journey for making IDBI Federal an - Employer of Choice
- Identify and create HR programs across Talent Management, Organization Development, Performance Management and People Engagement to ensure organization journey towards - Employer of Choice-
- Create effectiveness framework or HR Scorecard for HR programs
- Drive Employee Engagement Surveys and action planning workshops.
- Lead Benchmarking of Policies, Benefits and Initiatives across Industries and implement Best Practices.
- Develop & execute framework / process across employee life cycle.
Candidate should be :
Requirement : MBA (HR) with 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management/ Organization Development
- Currently should be part of HR Consulting/ COE (Centre of Excellence ) team in an organization.
- Prior experience of team management is must
Reporting to : Senior VP- HR
