Manager/Senior Manager - Digital

Job Purpose : To draw a Digital Roadmap for the organization & work for implementation.

Job Description :

- Understand best Digital Practices in the BFSI industry - specifically in Life Insurance

- Update the IT and Digital Team and relevant Senior Management on such practices

- Specifically on Sales Efficiency, Customer Experience, Cost Savings

- Help in implementation of identified Digital projects for the year

- Process Documentation

- Organize/Lead stakeholder discussions

- Get requisite sign-offs from Management

- Track timelines and ensure fulfilment on time and within budget

- Ensure various Digital initiatives are aligned to the overall Company Strategy

- Identifying opportunities and drive business partnership through digital space.

Desired Experience :

- Driving Business and Process Excellence through Digital Initiatives

- Creating Business Cases for Management Approval

- Knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, programming ( good to have)
