Designation: Manager - IT (Business Analyst)

Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

Job Objective : To manage implementation of new applications, delivery of changes and production support activities within the organization.

Job Profile :

- To understand various business processes in Insurance

- Interactions with business users to collect requirement specifications from various departments.

- Coordinate with development & delivery team for knowledge transfer & provide support during all stages of project.

- Coordinate with testing team for Quality Assurance.

Required Experience :

1. Business Analyst experience in Insurance industry : 5-8 yrs

2. 2 - 4 years experience in Life insurance with a good understanding of Life Insurance processes

3. Understanding all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle & Project Management

4. Fair understanding of web application and mobile applications

Degree :

- B.E, B. Tech, BCA, Other professional qualification

- Post Graduate - MBA, MCS, MCA; Other equivalent certifications
