Role - Junior Manager- Recruitments

Location - Lower Parel (walking distance from currey rd station)

- Driving recruitment mandates as per specifications.

- Ensuring budgeted numbers are in place month over month

- Building pipeline for sales positions through alternate sourcing channels

- Manage the source mix for the assigned vertical

- Guide and build team of recruiter for driving sourcing funnel

Candidate should have:

- 5+ years of recruitment experience in Manpower consultancy/ BPO/ Telecom/ Retail

- Should have experienced in interacting with stakeholders

Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
