- Drive Employee Engagement program across organisation including employee connect; Leadership Connect and Employee Care.
- Ensure Engagement Calendar is adhered to MOM and Year over Year. Identify and implement new engagement practices focusing on employee retention and development.
- Manage New Joinee Survey and drive action plan in partnership with Businesses. Create Business wise HR Scorecard and share with Leadership team with key insights.
- Manage Reward and Recognition Program.
- Drive Training & Development initiatives including In House Behavioral;Technical&MDP's.
