Opening for the position of Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting in IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (Head Office)

JD for Chief Manager - Budgeting & Planning

- Oversee day to day functioning of the Performance Management (Planning & Budgeting) team

- Responsible for all internal management reporting i.e. measurement and benchmarking of company performance vis-a-vis multiple parameters. Includes competition benchmarking and tracking industry developments as well as analysis of IFLIC performance versus our peers in the Life Insurance space

- Responsible for preparation and presentation of multiyear business plan

- Adhoc support to CEO/CFO/SMC and all other stakeholders as and when required

- Play an active role in ongoing IT projects on need basis
