Designation: Assistant Manager - Internal Audit
JD :
1. To execute the audit independently as per the audit plan
2. To execute the branch audit as per the audit calendar
3. To execute the management reviews or any other special audits as may be recommended by the Audit Committee/ ORMG/ CEO
4. Review of Internal Financial Controls as per the Guidance Note issued by ICAI
5. Audit of Vendors as per IRDA Cyber Security Guidelines
6. End to end execution of audits including fieldwork, discussion with the auditee, documentation of draft and final report
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
1. B. Com and CA Final with the added qualification of DISA/ CISA - Membership of ICAI/ ISCACA
2. Certificate from ICAI for IFRS is preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
1. Proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel and PPT
2. Command over ENGLISH - spoken and written communication
3. Ability to think out of box
4. Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills
5. High energy levels and decision-making capabilities that support robust execution of plans
6. Strong presentation skills
7. Travelling within India for branch and vendor audit is essential
