The Product & Marketing team of IDBI Federal Life Insurance invites applications from experienced professionals in the field of Product Development from Life Insurance sector.

The key deliverables of the position are as below:

- Formulation and development of the product strategy, roadmap and development calendar by providing support in eliciting, analyzing and validating company, channel & customer requirements.

- Development and management of individual products

- Product Implementation

- Project management and adherence to product development processes

- Product communication and support

The ideal candidate should be an MBA with 9 to 12 years of experience with relevant experience into development of life insurance products. The candidate must have updated knowledge of the IRDA Regulations.
