EXPERIENCE RANGE - Minimum 15 years- experience in Financial Services industry out of which 10 years should be in broking and institutional sales business, having established network of relationships with Mutual Funds, Insurance companies, Banks, FIIs and other Financial Institutions Additional experience in ECM business will be an advantage KEY SKILLS&nbsp;: - Strong leader with proven track record in generating revenues in terms of brokerage from Institutional clients - Established network of relationship across domestic institutions, FIIs Fund Managers, Treasury Heads, CIOs, Analysts, dealers and other players in Institutional Equities business - Demonstrated leadership in business development, sales and marketing - Strong People Management skills, should have led and mentored business teams JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES : - Business Origination - Achievement of revenue targets - Client Relationship Management- identify opportunities and develop good relationships with Institutional Investors to build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business - Leverage the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives. - Service Clients with equity research ideas, market information / flows, business trends, etcs Facilitate development and launching of new products to address Client needs - Closely work with leadership team/other business heads for placement of other business mandates
