Branch Head / Relationship Manager - Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. - Identify prospective clients from various sectors and generate business from the existing clients by originating suitable investment banking mandates in each of the following areas: - Equity Capital Markets (initial and secondary offerings, QIP, open offer, convertibles). - Fund raising for clients through close relationships with a significant number of private equity and venture capital funds. - Responsible for overall relationship management, deal origination, product structuring, due diligence, valuation and ensuring execution of mandates. - Leadership qualities and driving the team members together to achieve the organizational goals.
