Job Description : - To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the desk - Maintaining relationship with existing clients as well as developing new business. - Acquisition of new clients as per targets - Advise clients on their equity portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short / medium term. - Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with the customer to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and generate business - Achieve targets for Sales, Revenue and Profitability within a given time-frame (weekly, monthly, quarterly) - To recruit, train, mentor the executives working in the team - To be responsible for the profitability of the desk as per company benchmarks - Cross Selling : Mutual Funds, SIPs, NCDs, PMS to the clients mapped to the desk - Client servicing and timely closure of all complaints and queries - To ensure 100% compliance for the entire team
