OF VACANCIES: 1 EXPERIENCE RANGE: 12-15 years of relevant experience CRITICAL EXPERIENCE: - Stock broking experience - Experience of handling Digital Channels ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate LOCATION: Mumbai - Head Office CANDIDATE'S PROFILE : - To lead the team to meet business targets of revenue and profitability of digital channel - Experience in handling Revenue Generation though Digital channels (Mobile App / Web platform) - Experience in heading the teams for driving overall Business Development, Revenue Generation and Profitability. - Improve Active client ratio and new client activation - Recruitment, training, mentoring the team. - To execute cross sale and TPD Products. - Develop and monitor campaign budgets. - Plan and manage social media platforms. - Prepare reports on marketing campaigns overall performance. - Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. - Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. - Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. - Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
