ICRA - Manager/Senior Manager - Performance & Rewards (10-15 yrs)

- Driving end to end Performance management cycle- designing and executing objective setting, coaching managers to get the feedback closed and communicating results, while partnering with the HR Business Partners

- Benchmark existing policies and processes internally and with industry to recommend best-in-class practices for implementation across the company

- Analyze employee experience and feedback on performance management and rewards and processes to constantly challenge the status quo and improve existing practices

- Designing the rewards philosophy and driving the same through consistent feedback and inputs from the business heads

- Benchmarking competitors / industry, reviewing internal company performance and strategizing compensation, benefits and increment proposals for apex leadership approval, in coordination with the compensation team. Ensuring communication of the decisions on the same to key stakeholders

- Initiate Performance Management process during the appraisal Cycle / Manage end to end performance management cycle for the employees.

- Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering a comprehensive total rewards strategy and programs for the Company

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the total rewards framework of the company by offering guidance to team and/or senior business leaders with regards to compensation and benefits programs and philosophies

- Real time partnering with business to successfully close performance management cycles in alignment to the compensation philosophy

- Identify compensation trends and continuously review current practices and policies to ensure organization's competitive advantage

- Gather feedback on process effectiveness and provide suggestions on process improvements

- Responsible for handholding/coaching business managers on performance of the teams. Will be responsible for managing culture of meritocracy in the organization

- Responsible for design and creating competency framework - competency based assessments for promotions and career progression

- Responsible for career paths of employees and career progression (vertical / horizontal)
