- Job Description: Finance & Accounts Manager (7-8 Years Experience).

Location: Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

- Review and reconcile balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control procedures.

- Oversee audits, including preparation of required documentation and communication with auditors.

- Review and ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations and manage corporate tax filings.

Financial Strategy & Analysis:

- Assist senior management with financial analysis, cost management, and decision-making processes.

- Provide recommendations based on financial data to improve efficiency and profitability.

- Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and forecasts.

- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
