Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Design and implement effective business development strategies to strengthen IClimbs presence in the sports sector.
Partnership Development:
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with sports equipment manufacturers, state and central sports authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Lead high-impact sales efforts, including pitching to potential partners and clients, negotiating deals, and closing high-value contracts.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the sports training equipment industry. Must have prior engagement with central and state sports authorities.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Self-driven with a passion for the sports sector
