Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations: Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships.
- Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation. Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Loan Processing: Oversee the loan application and approval process, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulations.
- Business Development: Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand the branch's customer base, increase market share, and achieve business growth objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Mitigate operational risks and maintain accurate records.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong understanding of branch operations, sales, and business development.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and financial analysis.
- Loan Processing Expertise: Solid understanding of loan processing procedures, lending guidelines, and regulations.
