To enhance the revenue, the following would be critical and hence tracked religiously: 1. Number of app downloads 2. Number of site visits 3. Number of logins 4. Time spent on app/website 5. Number of transactions per customers 6. Wallet share of customers 7. Cross sell and upsell 8. Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity 9. Build and maintain relationships across all departments/ functions in order to influence outcomes. 10. Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. 11. Draw inference and conclusions and create dashboard and visualization of processed data, identify trends and anomalies 12. Work closely with internal stakeholders such business team and support functions and align them with respect to your focus area What should the candidate have: 1.
