Looking for a candidate experience in digital marketing space to identify and execute client monetization initiatives in a highly competitive brokerage industry space.

ICICI Securities is one of the leading brokerage firms in the country and one of the first to come up with Digital Platform for trade execution. With the overall shift in Indian customers towards securities market given the strength we are looking for some-one who can create tangible impact in terms of strategizing revenue generation and client acquisition framework.

This is a high-visibility high-octane role given the inflection point Industry is going through and focus of management in improving the overall digital clients' quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate will be working on carving out Digital Marketing strategic outlay to optimize top as well as bottom of funnel flow to help in realization of clients' revenue potential. The incumbent is expected to work closely with Technology, Marketing and Data Science team to identify quality channels and improve overall customer engagement architecture eventually leading to higher revenue per customer.

Candidate will need to develop an overall understanding of the Product ecosystem of I-SEC and map the customer needs as per the USP of the products.

Under the umbrella of High Revenue realization some of the finer metrics which will become incumbent's focus area will be:

- Number of App Downloads

- Website Traffic and Conversion Ratios

- Transactions per customers

- Number of products per customer

- % of customers acquired via Quality Channels

Expected qualities of the incumbent:

- Experience in BFSI/ e-commerce sector preferred

- High degree of ownership

- Being a business role incumbent should be extremely result oriented

- Experience in digital strategy

- Understanding of data-analytics framework

- Excellent written & oral communication skills

- MBA from tier-1 Business school preferred
