Manager - Marketing Job description Position: Manager - Media planning Key Accountabilities of the Role Media planning - Participate in development and management of effective integrated media plans Develops objectives, strategies, plans and presentations - including ad words, DCM, search, display and emails - Create and manages media partner and process - Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation - Execute all digital plans while ensuring right communication and creative are used to the identified target audience - Develops and executes paid search campaign recommendations and optimizations in Google Adwords - Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets - Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners - Analyzes web metrics, provides campaign effectiveness reports and recommends optimizations (in collaboration with the executing agency) - Handles all digital media billing using monthly tracking reports and invoice Content management: - Building content strategy for quarterly and campaign basis while also defining KPIs and objectives (aligned with the business objectives) - Creating and managing social media content in collaboration with the content agencies - Creating content for internal and external target audience - Analyzing and reporting the performance Functional competencies - Strong operation/executional skills - Strong systems & process orientation - Ability to multi-task - Consumer understanding - Innovation - Presentational skills - Good grasp of English grammar, punctuation and spelling Other Interfaces - Marketing (Brand / Activation / Channel Marketing / Digital Media) - Research - Customer Service - PR Qualification / Experience - MBA from a reputed institute from 2009/10/11/12 batch - 4 - 7 years of work experience - Worked for a leading marketing company/ leading advertising agency
