To Take care of the Entire Talent Acquisition activities for the assigned area/territory.
Job Profile
- Ensure that all manpower requirements are fulfilled with quality recruits within TATs.
- Stakeholder Management
- Data Management (Preparing MIS, Budget VS Actual report)
- Critical Talent retention in the assigned area.
- Managing all Talent Acquisition operational jobs: (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Negotiation, Joining etc.)
Education Requirements: MBA/PGDM (HR)
Age Criteria: 25- 28 years
