Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Unit Sales Manager at ICICI Lombard's Digital Health Agency.

The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of agents to achieve sales targets, developing sales strategies, and building strong client relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include driving business growth, providing training and guidance to the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
