Responsibilities:
- To lead a group of MOs/ RMs to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of companies allocated for this purpose.
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- this will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
- Expected to help MOs/ RM in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
Requirements:
- Hands-on sales experience of 1-3 years
- Knowledge of client handling.
- Experience in B2B selling.
- Experience in Accomplishing targets.
