Job Role and Responsibilities:  - Appraisal and approval of proposals including supervision of credit underwriters  - Manage the portfolio quality and ensure compliance to policy norms  - Training of credit underwriters on Policy norms and provide proper inputs to Policy team for up gradation or improvement in Policy/process  - Overall responsible for running the CPA shop and overlooking all the activities from sourcing to disbursement/storage  - Ability to manage team and ensure proper flow of process in the credit CPA shop  - Interaction with seniors for credit underwriting of files and ensure proper management of sourcing  - Problem solving and ensure Customer centric approach to all issues in the CPA shop  Competencies:  - Passion (Constantly raises the bar for self & team, has a strong execution bias, takes initiatives even in the face of significant difficulties)  - Customer First (Leverages every customer interaction as an opportunity to make an impact, Consistently seeks to understand customer needs, is accessible and responsive )  - Compliance with Conscience (Own norms are aligned with Organizational code of conduct & regulatory norms, consistently sets example by own conduct, always checks on grey areas with relevant authority)  - Collaboration (Forges understanding with others and carries others along, considers impact on the organization, not just own targets/metrics, and acts accordingly)
