Solution Manager - SME Market Role and Responsibilities : 1. Achieve revenue targets from sale of treasury products - foreign exchange and derivatives. Understand the Forex exposures and related requirements of large and SMEs clients-both trade and capital flows and help clients hedge them by structuring and offering different derivative products like Forwards, currency, interest rate derivative and Vanilla Options and other derivative products available. 2. Comply with RBI regulations and internal guidelines related to trade and forex products including and not limited to FEMA, ISDA, trade documentation, authority documentation (Board resolution), Audit Certificates..etc 3. Demonstrate sound knowledge of the foreign exchange (FX) market to provide relevant market information to clients 4. Work in close coordination with RM and other product managers to manage client relationships and maximize overall client experience. Deliverables : 1. Identify new relationships from zero bases & understand the customer's treasury requirements and structure and deliver solutions to manage their currency and interest rate risk. 2. Support all other business units within the bank as appropriate in the provision of Treasury related services and products such as-External commercial borrowing and hedging through IRS i.e., Interest rate swaps, currency swaps, combination of vanilla options, etc. 3. Ensure appropriateness and suitability to the customers for product being offered to them. 4. Interact with Treasury Operations or Back Office to ensure appropriate documentation including deal confirmations. 5. Interact with relationship banking division to set up derivative limits for customer transactions including derivatives. 6. Build & maintain strategic relationships with existing & prospective clients 7. Update on market information and trends to respective customers and - propose suitable mitigants for hedging forex risk. 8. Increase wallet share from clients by sharing trading/hedging ideas and building relationships. 9. Strict adherence to RBI regulations in executing trades and advising clients and responsible for all transactional documentations for FX business. 10. Acquiring new customers to increase wallet shares and meeting annual targets. Skills and Competencies : 1. Analytical Skills. 2. Communication skills. 3. Knowledge and understanding of the treasury products. 4. Knowledge of the global markets (forex, remittance, collateralized trading service i.e., currency trading etc). 5. Understanding of area of operation and identify opportunities 6. Sales experience
